​For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to @ladyfrancesca.caravanbar. The "Prize" refers to prize details outlined in the instagram post. The "Vendors" refers to @abbiefrewcelebrant @maiden.by.bessy @directorsedge @full_bloom_co @giantlettercompany @keonijoyphotography @peninsula_makeup_artist @renate_elise_designer_cakes

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by midnight on SUNDAY the 1st MAY 2022. One (1) winner in Victoria will be selected at random by The Promoter on Friday the 22nd of April 2022 and the winner will be announced via instagram on The Promoters page ONLY.

No winner or entrant will be personally contacted or privately messaged. No personal details will be asked for by either The Promotor or associated Vendors.

 

The Promotors competition is open only to residents of Victoria. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Instagram is in no way way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @ladyfrancesca.caravanbar.

To be eligible you must be following the promoters Instagram profile as well as all the associated Vendor accounts as outlined in the competition post.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. 

No bookings on Friday or Saturday between October and April.

Off peak season (May- Sep) weekend dates based on availability of all Vendors.

Vendor offers not valid for redemption of cash or transferable for any other event.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Vendor reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

In the instances of a Vendor not having the available date for the winner and the winner and a Vendor not being able to come to alternative agreements the winner will forfeit their prize from that Vendor.

Travel to and from the venue may incur a fee from The Promotor and or the Vendors.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor and associated Vendors after the winner has been selected.

Prizes not available in conjunction with any other offers.

Not available for any event other than wedding.
